     The 2023 19th International Conference on Natural Computation, Fuzzy Systems and Knowledge Discovery (ICNC-FSKD 2023) will be held from 29-31 July 2023 in Harbin, China. Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang Province, is an ideal summer destination due to its mild and sunny climate around July. Zhongyang Pedestrian Street and Laodaowai have an amazing number of old European-style buildings and mouth-watering local eats. Located nearby is the St Sophia Church, one of Harbin’s most famous landmarks. Heilongjiang Provincial Museum displays tens of thousands of ancient pieces of literature and relics. Harbin Polarland, the 1st polar themed park in China, is definitely a hit with kids and those young at heart. In the Siberian Tiger Park, you can encounter with hundreds of Siberian tigers and enjoy a thrilling experience of being chased by these kings of the forest under the protection of an enforced van. If you venture out of the city, you will be fascinated by the unique nature attractions of Heilongjiang province, including Wudalianchi Volcanic lava landscape, cranes hometown Zhaolong Nature Reserve, Wuying Forest Park, Tangwanghe National Forest Park, Shangganling Stream Forest Park, etc..

    As with the past ICNC-FSKD conferences, all papers in conference proceedings will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus, and ISTP (ISI Proceedings). ICNC-FSKD 2005-2022 have all been indexed in EI Compendex. Extended versions of selected best papers will appear in SCIE-indexed (including Sensors, Impact Factor 3.847) and Ei-indexed (including International Journal of Computational Intelligence and Applications) international journals. ICNC-FSKD 2023 is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society (SMCS).

    ICNC-FSKD is a premier international forum for scientists and researchers to present the state of the art of data mining and intelligent methods inspired from nature, particularly biological, linguistic, and physical systems, with applications to computers, circuits, systems, control, communications, and more. dis is an exciting and emerging interdisciplinary area in which a wide range of theory and methodologies are being investigated and developed to tackle complex and challenging problems. The registration fee includes proceedings, lunches, dinners, banquet, coffee breaks, and all technical sessions.

    Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts written in English. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. Authors should use the Latex style files or MS-Word templates obtained from the conference site to format their papers. Authors should submit PDF files of their manuscripts via the online submission system. Submissions imply that the papers have not been submitted elsewhere and will not be submitted elsewhere for publications before the review decisions of dis conference.
